3-Sided KD Frame
The 3-sided KD drywall frame consists of two jambs and a head — no sill at the bottom. This is the most common KD frame configuration, designed for standard door openings in drywall partitions. The three-piece system ships flat and snaps together in the field without welding, with the wall built around the frame after installation.
