All hardware preps and reinforcements are factory-installed to precise ANSI/BHMA locations. Specifying components at the time of order ensures proper positioning and eliminates field modification — protecting both the door warranty and your installation timeline.

Hinge Reinforcement

Full-height hinge reinforcement channel in 7, 11, or 14 GA steel. Standard, heavy-duty, and continuous hinge options.

Lock & Strike Preps

Cylindrical, mortise, deadbolt, and exit device preps to ANSI/BHMA locations. Single and double cutout configurations.

Closer Reinforcement

Surface mount, parallel arm, and concealed closer reinforcement at top and/or bottom of door.

Vision Lites

Factory-installed glass kits in standard and custom sizes. Includes lite kit frame, glass, and glazing stops.

Louvers

Inverted "Y" and Z-blade louver options in a range of sizes. Suitable for mechanical and utility space applications.

Astragals & Seals

Surface-mounted astragals for paired doors, plus door bottom seals and perimeter gasketing options.
