KD to Weld
KD-to-weld frames ship as a knock-down system but are designed to be field-welded at the corners by the installing contractor. This provides the shipping and handling advantages of a KD frame with the structural performance of a welded frame after installation. Pre-welded corners with a split jamb are also available.
