Strike Prep
Strike preps are factory-cut and reinforced openings in the frame strike jamb that accept the strike plate of the lockset. The prep includes a heavy-gauge backing plate and precise cutout located to ANSI/BHMA standards for cylindrical, mortise, and deadbolt locksets.
