Strike Reinforcing
Strike reinforcing is a heavy-gauge steel backing plate welded inside the strike jamb of a hollow metal frame, positioned to support the strike faceplate of the lockset. Factory installation ensures precise ANSI/BHMA placement — no field welding required.
