Hinge Reinforcing
Hinge reinforcing channels are factory-welded into the hinge jamb of a hollow metal frame to provide solid steel backing at each hinge location. Proper reinforcing ensures the door weight transfers correctly to the frame and prevents hardware pull-through over time.

- Individual hinge cup locations precisely cut
- ANSI/BHMA standard hinge spacing
- Supports 1.5-pair, 2-pair, and 3-pair hinge configurations
- Compatible with full-mortise and half-mortise hinges
