Temperature-Rise Door
Temperature-rise rated doors are required where building codes limit the amount of heat a fire door assembly can transmit through to the egress side during a fire. HMF Express temperature-rise doors are UL-listed as hollow metal fire door assemblies meeting specific temperature-rise thresholds — available in 250°F limited temperature-rise and 450°F limited temperature-rise configurations for stairwell, boiler room, and egress corridor openings.

- Available in 20, 30, 45, and 90-minute fire ratings
- Required in stairwell egress and certain corridor openings per IBC
- Same hardware prep options as standard commercial HM doors
